The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 337, 338, 353, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner thrown brick, which hit on the mouth of the informant resulting bleeding injury. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 4.2.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Brick batting had taken place between the police party and the villagers.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
