2. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file revision application before the Member, Board of Revenue, against the order, dated 01.07.2025, passed by the Appellate Authority.

4. This writ application is disposed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision application before the Member, Board of Revenue, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from today.

5. It is made clear that if such a revision application is filed, the Member, Board of Revenue, shall decide the same on its own merit by a speaking order within the maximum period of three months from the date of filing of the revision application.
