JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional P.P. through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Bangara P.S. Case No.66 of 2020, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

House of the petitioner was raised and from his house 55 litres of country made liquor was recovered. It appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner has not properly drafted the bail petition. However, the petitioner has remained in jail for about three months for recovery of 55 litres of country made liquor from his house.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25113 of 2020(2) dt.22-09-2020 2/2 Nathuni Mahto is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Samastipur in connection with Bangara P.S. Case No.66 of 2020.
