The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 283 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 of the E.C. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. He has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
