JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 01-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Vide order dated 04.08.2021, a report was called for in this case regarding the stage of the trial. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by different coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and perusing the materials on record, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
