JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No.120 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 365, 386, 379, 341, 342 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner and other accused is that they were involved in the kidnapping of the informant and snatching of his ATM Card and withdrawal of Rs.20,000/- as well as demand of ransom. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, let the petitioner, above
