JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2026 After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds taken by him in this application before the trial court at the time of final hearing.

2. Considering the aforesaid submission and prayer, the instant criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of as being withdrawn with giving the petitioner the aforesaid liberty and the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and dispose of the same as early as possible keeping in view that the petitioner's case has been pending since 2014 and out of nine prosecution witnesses, no prosecution witness has turned up till 24.05.2025, as mentioned in the status report sent by the trial court.
