The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., two unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, looted cash of Rs. 2,17,000/- from the informant. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Abhishek Kumar. Save & except confessional statement of coaccused, there is no direct or indirect evidence against this petitioner to show his complicity in the aforesaid crime. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

No.37915 of 2021(3) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 481 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
