The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case no. 232 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 26.07.2016 at about 10.30 A.M. Sawana, sister of the informant, prepared breakfast and served to her husband, namely, Md. Jabed. Thereafter, Md. Jabed asked to Sawana, sister of the informant, to prepare tea. When Sawana lighted the matches then fire caught her sister and she sustained fire injury. Due to opening of gas cylinder intentionally by in-laws of Sawana she sustained burn injury and she died during the course of treatment at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2129 of 2017 (2) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 Apolo Burn Hospital, Patna. Further allegation is that the sister of the informant was being tortured for demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are married Nanad of the deceased and they have falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S.
