Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 333 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273, of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) 37(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 144 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no concern with vehicle or the liquor.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.2.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27652 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned second Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj, in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 333 of 2018.
