2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 326 of 2024 dated 08.12.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner's past is completely clean and he has never indulged in any criminal activity and he had been made accused mainly on account of being the companion rider with the apprehended co-accused Amish Kumar, on whose disclosure his name surfaced in the present matter and except this, there is nothing against the petitioner and on the same allegation, one co-accused, namely, Md. Faizan Alam @ Faizan has been granted the relief of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28223 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 bench of this Court vide order dated 05.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23767/2025 and the instant matter relates to the recovery of one iron made pistol, which is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the apprehended co-accused Amish Kumar.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the above stated facts and mainly the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to accept his prayer for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 326 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Shailendra Singh, J) annu/- U
