The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. The petitioner is rotting in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24975 of 2020(2) dt.06-11-2020 2/2 judicial custody since 15.03.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Acting Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020.
