2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 496 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 127(2), 109(1), 118(2), 351(2), 352 of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of injuring the victim by firing upon him.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the occurrence has taken place because of land dispute.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2026.

6. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State have opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, the period of custody and the nature of injury caused to the informant, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 496 of 2025.
