JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 01.03.2017 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Complaint Case No.653(C) of 2016 corresponding to Trial No.2624 of 2017 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioner and others under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
