JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020 for offences under Section 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the recovery of huge quantity of country made liquor from possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The application is rejected.
