09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners, in the present, case, are seeking Anticipatory Bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 319/2017 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 379, 427, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail.

Permission is granted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53930 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

If the petitioners surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today their prayer of bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudice by the order of this Court.
