The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the informant states that her husband had left his house to attend a meeting. Subsequently, she received information to the effect that her husband had been injured by unknown accused persons with a sharp edged weapon. The informant took her husband to the hospital at Chapra, however the doctor declared him dead. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. It is submitted that Ankit Singh has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 23.5.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no.4574 of 2022. The petitioner is in custody since 8.6.2021 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the material that has transpired in course of investigation together with grant of bail to co-accused Ankit Singh and investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.323 of 2021 (arising out of Basantpur P.S. Case no.60 of 2021) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IX, Siwan.
