The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 25.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.765 of 2022, to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No.314 of 2021, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
