The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 399 and 402of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-a)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.
