The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29196 of 2022(2) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault, due to which, informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that three days delay in lodging the FIR and the injury report of the informant as opined by the doctor shows fracture of 4th Phalynx, which is not vital part of the body. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
