Learned counsel for the BSRTC agrees that if a detailed representation is filed by the petitioner relating to his remaining grievances, the same shall be considered after giving opportunity of hearing to him. It is further agrees that if any payment is to be made the same shall also be made within the next three weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that within three weeks from today he shall represent before the Chief of Administration of BSRTC with regard to his remaining admissible dues. Upon the same being done, the officer shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order on each and every claim headwise within the next three weeks. If any payment is required to be made to the petitioner in terms of the said order, the same shall also be paid within the next three weeks. If still any grievance of the petitioner remains unaddressed or unpaid, he shall have liberty to move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
