Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: The writ petition stands disposed off in the following agreed terms. Learned counsel for the State agrees that statement of GPF deduction relating to the petitioner shall be obtained from the places where he has worked within two months and payment made after one month thereafter. It goes without saying that if still any grievance relating to payment of GPF to the petitioner remains, he shall be at liberty to move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
