2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge-XV, Bhagalpur vide order dated 28.09.2022 in B.P. No. 1358 of 2022, arising out of Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.
