The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 171/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter was married with Bharat Singh about five years ago but after sometime the father-in-law, mother-in-law and husband of his daughter demanded money and they were torturing his daughter. On 20.06.2016, the daughter of the informant informed on telephone that if demand was not fulfilled she will be killed. On 21.06.2016, the informant got information that his daughter died. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41392 of 2016 (2) dt.18-11-2016 2/2 petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They have no manner of concern with the deceased and her husband. Cause of death of the deceased is not ascertained. There is no external or internal injury on the body of the deceased. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional P.P. vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate X, Gaya, in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 171/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
