The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons caused death of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 4.2.2019 and have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are the co-villagers. They have got no concern with the husband of the

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the complaint case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Vth, Rosera, District Samastipur in connection with Singhia P.S. case No.13 of 2019.
