Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that in compliance with direction of this Court, a reasoned order has been passed by the Opposite Party No.3 (The Engineer-In-Chief, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna), as contained in Memo No.7-30/2024 2988(E) dated 14.05.2025.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to avail the appropriate remedy against the said order in accordance with law.
