The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahua P.S. Case No.495 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that no specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. It is submitted that the entire prosecution case is false and concocted. It is submitted that Abhay Kant Pathak executed a sale deed in favour of Manju Devi on 14.11.2019 and Satyendra Kumar Singh is identifier of the vendor. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is only identifier of the vendor, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.495 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
