Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to village politics. In fact the petitioner came to know that the informant's daughter is missing and on seeing the girl, the petitioner accompanied the victim girl to reach her house safely and for that he has been implicated in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. It appears that the girl in her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51746 of 2016 (3) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C has made direct allegation against that the petitioner forcibly took her away and tried to marry her.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner the privilege of anticipatory bail, it is, accordingly rejected.
