JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For Issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ for quashing of the order as contained in Memo No. 53 dated 16.01.2021 issued by the District Magistrate, Begusarai, whereby and whereunder the representation of the petitioner has been rejected.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7916 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2024 2/2 (ii). For Issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ for cancellation of the Niyojan Patra as contained in Memo No. 368 dated 26.03.2010 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bakhri, whereby the private respondent No. 9 was selected as Vikas Mitra.

(iii). For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ commanding the respondents to select the petitioner on the post of Vikas Mitra and further be pleased to issue Niyojan Patra in favour of the petitioner as he has got higher marks than other applicants."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
