The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No.563 of 2017 registered under Sections 354, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he not only harassed a married lady regularly but also followed the lady and coerced her to foster personal interaction repeatedly despite clear intendment of disinterest shown by her and coerced her for forceful marriage, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
