Sinha, learned Sr. Advocate submits that the present bail application has been filed hurriedly and certain facts have been left to be stated in the present application and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application. He also submits that since this bail application has been kept pending from the date of its registration i.e. 09.07.2021, he may be permitted to utilize the certified copies of the present bail application to avoid further delay.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.38741 of 2021(4) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 and fair submission of learned senior counsel, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh bail application in accordance with law impleading all the necessary parties in this case without suppressing any vital fact.
