Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: The writ petition stands disposed off in the following agreed terms.

In view of the stand of the State that 25% pension of the husband of the petitioner is being paid to her and stand of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the same is without any calculation chart, learned counsel for the State agrees to supply a detailed calculation chart to the petitioner with regard to computation of the said 25% being paid to her within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order upon the respondent no. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall be at liberty to represent before the appropriate authority or move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if she feels aggrieved by the said calculation made by the respondents. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
