The petitioner seeks bail in Hisua P. S. Case No. 83 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

It is alleged that total 30 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 7.3.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.
