The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that when the informant was going to his brother's house, two persons riding on a motorcycle tried to snatch the mobile phone of the informant. The driver of the said motorcycle took out a pistol from his waist and handed it over to his friend, who assaulted the informant with the said pistol. On hulla, the brother of the informant came

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner is accused in four other cases apart from the present one.
Considering the fact that petitioner is accused in four other cases apart from the present one, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
