JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 6.11.2019, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 50013/2019.

From perusal of the trial court's report dated 18.8.2021 it appears that the trial is pending for recording of statement of remaining accused persons under section 313 Cr.P.C. and the trial is likely to be concluded within next two months in Sessions Trial No. 421/2016.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 6.5.2014, let the trial be concluded as early as possible.
