Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015 for an offence under sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the FIR, it appears that one Manish Kumar was apprehended by the police on the suspicion of his involvement as ATM thief and from his possession Idea sim was recovered.

It is alleged that the said Idea sim was sold by this petitioner and as such his name figures as an associate of Manish Kumar. The said Manish Kumar was apprehended by the police, was granted bail by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 34956 of 2015 vide order dated 05.08.2015.

No.53511 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 In view of the fact that the person against whom there was specific allegation, as already been granted bail by this court and against the petitioner there is no specific allegation of any commission or omission coupled with the fact, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
