This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 13 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the learned court below and seek the privilege of regular bail. It is submitted that some of the co-accused persons have already been granted bail, hence,

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail.
