This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Kudra P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 dated 01.04.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Nirmal Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has informed this Court that chargesheet in this case has been submitted and the matter has been transferred to the Special Court for trial.

In that view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous.
