2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 13.03.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara in Matrimonial Case No. 428 of 2015, whereby and whereunder interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the O.P. No. 2 and her son has been granted.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed as it has become infructuous.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
