Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no. 2 (Ganauri Singh), who was arrested during pendency of the anticipatory bail application. 3.

Permission is accorded.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no. 1 (Sandeep Kumar @ Sandeep Kumar Singh).

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no. 1 (Sandeep Kumar @ Sandeep Kumar Singh) and petitioner no. 2 (Ganauri Singh). 7.

The petitioner No. 3 apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No. 3 is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 3-12-2025 at 12 noon, 10 named accused persons including the petitioner came and assaulted him and his brother causing injury on head, further Digvijay, Anupam and Sandip together assaulted the injured and Ravi snatched his chain.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that against the petitioner, allegation of snatching chain is alleged which is ornamental in nature. It is also submitted that from the side of the petitioner, Tekari PS Case No. 505 of 2025 has been instituted against the informant and his side. It is further submitted that from the side of the petitioner also, people

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioner No. 3 above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 506 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sumit/- U T
