The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Fatuha P.S. Case No. 541/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The police got information that somebody was preparing country-made liquor by the side of river in Palm garden. The police did not find any person at the place of occurrence, but some people disclosed the name of petitioners and others, on which the petitioners have been made accused in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-
