Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 615 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 411, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

There is a recovery of one country made pistol from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29067 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands ₹ Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 615 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Kudhani Police Station on the every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
