The present application has been preferred: for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction to the respondent to dispose of the application submitted on 1011-2024, 28-02-2025 in which prayer was made for measurement of Raiyati Land situated at Mauza-Kuria, Thana No- 270 under Khathaiya Police Station, pertaining to khata no- 61, Plot No- 1788 its area 61⁄2 decimal and further to pass any other order or orders to which petitioner found entitled too.
