The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. case No. 433 of 2016 under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, brother of the deceased, alleged that his sister was married to Sudhanshu Kumar, son of the petitioners, in the month of July, 2013 but her husband and other in-laws, including the petitioners, were torturing her. The informant came to see his sister on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan but he did not find his sister in the house. The informant came to know that the accused persons burnt her sister to death by sprinkling kerosene oil.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased.

It is submitted that husband of the deceased gave information to the informant on telephone but the informant did not turn up and dead body was cremated. It is further submitted that witnesses have also stated that deceased got burn injuries while she was cooking food.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 433 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
