1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 445 of 2017 registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that prior to the alleged occurrence, husband of the petitioner had also filed a case against the daughter of the informant and others (Annexure-2). It is also submitted that both the parties have compromised the case, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 445 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
