2. The petitioner had moved the Court for quashing of the order dated 22.04.2015 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nawada in Appeal No. 48 of 2014.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawing the case to enable him to move before the State Appellate Authority.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
