In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 308 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 376, 313, 315/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, Md. Tabrez Alam, on the assurance of marriage, has established physical relationship with the victim girl and she became pregnant, when she requested him for marriage, the present petitioners, in order to remove the evidence, got the victim girl admitted in the hospital at Chakiya and tried to terminate the pregnancy. Ultimately, she gave birth
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30386 of 2018(2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 to a child.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also the nature of offence as alleged against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
