In the light of the submissions made, the present writ petition stands disposed of, directing the Managing Director, Bihar State Educational Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 4) to pass order on the appeal of the petitioner, which is pending before him within 60 days from the date of production of this order.
