1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioners have filed the present revision application against the order, dated 20.02.2023, passed by the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, at Ara, in Sessions Trial No. 145 of 2013, whereby the learned District Court has rejected the petition of the petitioners for holding them as juvenile.

3. It is an admitted position that the petitioners have not moved any application for determination of their age

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.329 of 2023(3) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 before the Juvenile Justice Board, Purnea, under Section 94 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

4. Accordingly, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to approach the Juvenile Justice Board, Purnea, for determination of their age.

5. Permission is granted.

6. This application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
