The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mansi P.S. Case No.7 of 2019 registered under Sections 386, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant disclosed in his fardbeyan that on 05.01.2019 at 7.30 P.M. while he was returning to his village and when he reached near Chutaki Dhaba, both the petitioners along with Laxman Sao came and started searching the body of the informant and demanded money. They also threatened to kill. The petitioners are also alleged to have fired and snatched money from the possession of informant.

No.27938 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of village politics, the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case. There is specific allegation against Laxman Sao who is alleged to have fired and demanded extortion but it appears that petitioners were also accompanying Laxman Sao and intercepted the informant while he was returning to his house. The petitioners are alleged to have fired. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
